Brian Stebleton - Owner (semi-retired)

Trading a thirty-four year career with food processing companies, Brian and his wife, Julie, moved from Omaha, Nebraska in May 1994 and joined a longtime friend in owning and operating Universal Pest Control. |

Early in 1995 his partner chose to move on to new challenges and offered his interest to Brian and Julie. With plans to grow the business, Brian and Julie invited their son, Todd, and his wife, Natalie, to join the business in July 1995. As the family business grew, youngest son Scott joined the business with his wife in 1996. Universal Pest Control was truly a family owned business with the ladies managing the office and the men in the field providing the pest control services.
Being active in the local boating community lead to an opportunity to acquire a marine towing and salvage company in 2003. Once again, Brian partnered with Todd and Scott in a company recognized on the water as TowBoat U.S. of East Central Florida.
Under Brian’s leadership, both businesses flourished. It became obvious in 2007 that these diverse businesses each now required the full attention of an individual owner while at the same time, Brian was beginning to look forward to a time when he could scale back his involvement in the businesses. So, in October of that year the businesses were separated with Scott purchasing the towboat operation and Todd and Natalie purchasing Universal Pest Control.
Brian is still active in Universal Pest Control on a daily basis though his time is much more flexible.
Natalie Stebleton - Office Manager
Hometown: Muncie, Indiana
Professional Background: Deputy Clerk of the Court, City of Muncie, IN
Activities: Family, Hiking, Camping, Piano, and Boating
Bringing management and customer service skills gained from nearly fifteen years experience in municipal government, Natalie joined Universal Pest Control in July, 1995. Natalie and daughters Stephanie and Rebecka married Universal Pest Control at the same time they married Todd in 1995.
Natalie helped grow Universal Pest Control and her family until she took control of the office in 2006. Working three days each week has given her opportunities to guild her family and the office as each has grown.
When not at work, Natalie will be found at the beach, the YMCA, or sailing with her family. |

Todd Stebleton - Owner

School: Ball State University, B.S. Environmental Design (Architecture)
Professional Background: Positions at the City of Muncie, IN
Leisure Activities: Family, Camping, Hiking, Sailing, Old Cars
Before joining the family pest control business in 1995, Todd worked for municipal government in Muncie, Indiana. His background in Architecture and construction made a natural fit in determining the types of treatments required for termites.
Todd has worked with his family to build one of the most respected termite and pest control companies in Volusia and Flagler Counties. Todd and his wife, Natalie assumed full ownership of the family business in the fall of 2007. They will continue the practice begun by Todd’s father of providing their customers with the best possible service at affordable prices.
Leisure time is most often spent on the water with his wife and family. |
